USPB Potato Safari 3 in Davao City

The US Potato Board (USPB), a subsidiary of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), invites you to be part of a three-day potato adventure in the City of Royals, Davao on December 1 - December 3, 2015.

Feast like royalty with a back-to-back presentation of potato-inspired dishes from five notable restaurants in Davao - Waterfront Insular Hotel, Polo Bistro Restaurant, Claude's le Cafe de Ville, White House Fusion Cuisine, and The Swiss Deli. Courses that will be served will be especially created for the Potato Safari and will only be offered to the public by next year. This is your chance to be one of the first few to review these dishes.

December 1
9:30 AM - Opening Ceremony at Waterfront Insular Hotel Function Room
12:30 PM - Lunch at Claude's Le Cafe De Ville
6:30 PM - Dinner at Polo Bistro Restaurant

December 2
12:30 PM - Lunch at Vikings
2:00 PM - Marketing of Ingredients at Gaisano Mall (For Hands-on Activity)
6:30 PM - Dinner at Waterfront Vinta Bar

December 3
9:30 AM - Hands-on Activity (Cook-off) at Waterfront Insular Hotel Open Kitchen to be followed by the closing ceremony and final lunch
