PressKo Soft Launching

PressKo Davao is an online avenue for Davaeños where they are updated about the city life and everything in between. It promotes the people that breathes life to the city, businesses that keeps the city in action and compelling stories that influences our perspective of Davao. It aims to educate through different types of digital mediums like content writing, video presentations, infographics and article reshares.

This is a new media outlet where the news is crowdsourced from the people, just as much as it is read by the people. Each content submitted is proofread and checked by an internal team.

Its value proposition is to be a database for the city-dwellers and for people wanting to know more about Davao — a city manual.

Soft launching will be on July 23, 2016. Carve Pro, the company behind this initiative, wishes to meet with members of our group and give them more details on how they can participate and benefit from PressKo.

The event will be held in Carve's office in Damosa, and for anyone who wishes to come may gather starting 3 PM in Ateneo College (Roxas gate) where a bus will bring them to the venue. Note that the bus leaves at 3:30PM :)

Food will be served on that day.
